Blanc de Houblon is a perfect union of Belgian spice and exotic fruity New Zealand hop character. Blanc de Houblon means the white hop and pays tribute to the beer’s Belgian influence. Blanc de Houblon marries the citrus notes of coriander seed, the striking spice of the Trappist yeast strain that traces its origins to the Westmalle Monastic brewery and the lemony tropical fruit of a cocktail of New Zealand hop varieties to create a strikingly fruity and dangerously drinkable summer IPA.
